Questions
What file should I send?
A PNG with a see-through background at 300 DPI is best. PDF, AI, EPS, SVG and PSD work too. We check every file and tell you if something won't print well.
How do I press DTF transfers?
Cotton 310°F, polyester and blends 265°F (always under a cover sheet), medium pressure, 3–10 seconds depending on the transfer size. Peel hot, then press again for a few seconds. Full pressing guide →
Can you fix my artwork?
Often, yes: removing a background box or cleaning tiny specks. Our team checks it before printing and contacts you if needed. Your original is always kept.
Do you do wholesale and resale certificates?
Yes. Apply for wholesale in the builder, then send your resale certificate (California or any other state). Once we approve it, you get your wholesale price and no sales tax from your next order.
